Environmentally Friendly Graphene Inks for Touch Screen Sensors

چکیده

Graphene-based materials have attracted significant attention in many technological fields, but scaling up graphene-based technologies still faces substantial challenges. High-throughput top-down methods generally require hazardous, toxic, and high-boiling-point solvents. Here, an efficient inexpensive strategy is proposed to produce graphene dispersions by liquid-phase exfoliation (LPE) through a combination of shear-mixing (SM) tip sonication (TS) techniques, yielding highly concentrated inks compatible with spray coating. The quality flakes (e.g., lateral size thickness) their concentration the are compared using different spectroscopic microscopy techniques. Several approaches (individual SM TS, combination) tested three solvents (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, cyrene). Interestingly, TS cyrene yields high-quality dispersions, overcoming environmental issues linked other two Starting from dispersion, ink prepared spray-coat flexible electrodes assemble touch screen prototype. feature low sheet resistance (290 ? ??1) high optical transmittance (78%), which provide prototype signal-to-noise ratio (14 dB) multi-touch functionality (up four simultaneous touches). These results illustrate potential pathway toward integration LPE-graphene commercial electronics.

" Environmentally Friendly " Way!

We discuss how to implement an " environmentally friendly " renormalization in the context of finite temperature field theory. Environmentally friendly renormalization provides a method for interpolating between the different effective field theories which characterize different asymptotic regimes. We give explicit two loop Padé resummed results for λφ 4 theory for T > T c. We examine the impli...

Membranes for Environmentally Friendly Energy Processes

Membrane separation systems require no or very little chemicals compared to standard unit operations. They are also easy to scale up, energy efficient, and already widely used in various gas and liquid separation processes. Different types of membranes such as common polymers, microporous organic polymers, fixed-site-carrier membranes, mixed matrix membranes, carbon membranes as well as inorgan...

Socially Responsive, Environmentally Friendly Logic

We consider the following questions: What kind of logic has a natural semantics in multi-player (rather than 2-player) games? How can we express branching quantifiers, and other partial-information constructs, with a properly compositional syntax and semantics? We develop a logic in answer to these questions, with a formal semantics based on multiple concurrent strategies, formalized as closure...
